Our commitment to you is that we will always endeavour to satisfy your preferences, so if an item has been discontinued, but you still wish to buy it, please let us know. If materials are at all available, we will do our best to create it just for you.
Another way that we wish to build our brand loyalty with our valued customers is to provide a lifetime repair service on all of our jewellery. Please use the 'Contact Us' page to provide a photo and details of any repairs required and we will provide you with a quote. At this point, you can decide whether or not to return your item for repair and we will then post it back to you free of charge*.
